Berry Smoothie

Prep time: 10 min / Servings: 1

1. Add the berries and half of the milk to a blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes.
2. After you remove the outer skin of the ginger root, cut the yellow part into small pieces.
3. Grind the flax-seeds by hand or use an electronic machine.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and mix for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture is fully homogenized.

Ingredients
1 handful blackberries (35 g)
2 handful raspberries (50 g)
1 handful strawberries (35 g)
1 tbsp fresh ginger (10 g)
2 tsp ground flaxseed (15 g)
1 tsp honey
1 glass low fat milk (250 ml)
